Macrophages in Lung Inflammation

Our lab studies inflammatory regulation of stromal responses after acute lung injury. Immune cells provide crucial cues to other cell types in the fibrotic niche. The goal is to integrate basic immunology with translational studies in order to understand the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis and acute lung injury.
